Robert White is a respected trauma surgeon and community leader based in St. Helena, California, with a career spanning decades in emergency medicine, education, and public service. After early experiences working in the Arctic and logging camps, he entered the wine industry before following his true calling in medicine. He trained in General and Trauma Surgery at San Joaquin General Hospital and UC Davis, and later played a pivotal role in developing the trauma program at Queen of the Valley Hospital. He also served as Director of Surgery at Providence and continues to provide critical trauma care while mentoring the next generation of physicians.
